Ritou Escape Plan in Genshin Impact

Ritou Escape Plan in Genshin Impact is a questline from The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia: Chapter II: Act I series. During the quest, the Traveler will have to find a way to leave the starting area of the Inazuma region, make new friends and face the strict laws of the local government.

↑ How to get the Ritou Escape Plan Quest

To start the Ritou Escape Plan quest, you must complete the previous stages of The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia quest - "Setting Sail" and "Confessions of an Outlander". To access them and start your journey through the Inazuma region, complete Chapter II: Prologue: Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves.

In the previous missions, the Traveler and Paimon meet Thoma, who encourages the heroes to leave the island on their own.

↑ Try to leave Ritou

Proceed to the story marker in the quest start area to start a dialogue with Commission Officer. He will require a travel document - a document that allows you to leave the island. The heroes, of course, do not have it.

↑ Go to the Kanjou Commissioner’s Office to ask about a way to leave Ritou

After a failed attempt to leave the island, go to the commission building. Listen to the dialogue with the officer at the gate, and then talk to Hiiragi Shinsuke at the stairs in the courtyard. During the dialogue, the Traveler will notice a girl watching everything from the side. She, by her appearance, asks to accept strange requests for help.

Then leave the Kanjou Commission through the main gate. A dialogue will start with the officer, who will give the Traveler a letter from Ms. Hiiragi. After reviewing its contents, the heroes decide to meet with her.

↑ Meet Ms. Hiiragi at the appointed time (18:00 – 24:00)

The meeting should take place in the evening (18:00 - 24:00). From the Paymon menu, select Time and set the clock. Return to the Kanjou Commission building and go to the left side of the annex to the meeting start area.

The girl asks to deliver a letter to her lover, Kujo Kamaji. Chisato's father is against their relationship, so she turns to outsiders for help, and in return promises to help them leave Rito's island. After the end of the dialogue, a new item “Love Letter?” will appear in the Inventory.

↑ Go to Ritou’s border to carry out Chisato’s plan

Head back to the border you tried to cross at the beginning of the mission and listen to Chisato's dialogue with the officers.

↑ Escort the goods and leave Ritou

Activate the transport balloon and escort it to the target.

You have to fight against three waves of enemies, among which there will be treasure thieves, Nobushi and one fiery Kairagi.

Defeat all enemies and complete the delivery of the cargo. After passing the test, the last dialogue with Chisato will automatically begin. Wait until the end of the conversation, thereby completing the task Ritou Escape Plan.

Sacred Sakura's Favor will become available, and with it the ability to make seal offerings to Electro Sacred Sakura. The nearest teleport will also automatically open, making it easier to travel around Inazuma outside of Rito until you receive a travel pass.

↑ Hiiragi Sanjuro's achievement in Genshin Impact

The Hiiragi Sanjuuro achievement in Genshin Impact is unlocked automatically after completing Ritou Escape Plan. Execution conditions: Escort the goods successfully and leave Ritou. The achievement reward can be collected in the achievements section of the Wonders of the World set.
