The developers have adjusted the duration of future updates, and it is no coincidence that patch 3.1 will be launched on the same day as the celebration of the 2nd year of the game. The last stream also revealed some of the Genshin Impact Anniversary events and rewards, which we'll cover later in the article.

According to official statements, the second anniversary of Genshin Impact and the release of the patch will take place on September 28, 2022. In addition, players will be able to celebrate Kamisato Ayaka's birthday, which falls on the same date.
